These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and transportation services provided by Lux Stryde LLC (“Lux Stryde,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, booking a trip, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Lux Stryde provides pre-arranged, prepaid luxury ground transportation, including airport transfers, hotel transfers, cruise terminal transfers, business transportation, and related services. All services operate on an advance-booking basis. We do not provide on-demand or surge-priced rides.

Booking & Payment

• Bookings are confirmed once payment is authorized and you receive a confirmation.
• Quoted fares are based on the trip details you provide. Changes to pickup time, location, stops, wait time, or passenger count may adjust the fare.
• Payment is processed through a third-party payment processor. A separate card processing fee may be applied and disclosed at checkout.
• Gratuity may be added at your discretion.

Cancellations & Changes

Cancellation and change terms are presented at the time of booking. Cancellations made within the disclosed window may be eligible for a refund, less any applicable processing fees. No-shows and late cancellations may be charged in full.

Communications

By providing your mobile number and booking a trip, you consent to receive transactional text messages and emails about your service. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

Passenger Responsibilities

• Provide accurate pickup and drop-off information and be ready at the scheduled time.
• Comply with all applicable laws and vehicle safety requirements, including seat-belt use.
• You are responsible for damage to a vehicle caused by you or members of your party beyond normal use.

Conduct & Safety

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for unlawful, unsafe, abusive, or disruptive behavior. Smoking and unlawful activity in vehicles are prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lux Stryde is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including delays caused by traffic, weather, flight changes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected trip.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
